A 75-minute class strong vinyasa flow suitable for those who have some experience and are keen to make further progress in their practice. Classes take place in the the outdoor decking during the warmer months.
When: Saturdays, 10 – 11.15am
BEGINNERS’ HATHA YOGA
£55 for 6 week course
A six week course for those who are inquisitive about the benefits of the practice of yoga. The classes will introduce the basic yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help increase flexibility and balance, improve posture and promote relaxation.

£40 per person
£65 for two
Classes are available as one-to-one or for partners/friends to practice together. Sessions will be tailored to meet specific requirements.
