Gym Yoga Classes
This is my Power Yoga Wednesday evening’s class at Raynes Park’s newest gym, Snap Fitness, where we focus on building strength and stamina through a strong dynamic flow. Some familiarity with yoga asanas is recommended to keep up with our pace. We work hard for 50 minutes, leading up to a 10 minute savasana which will leave you feeling revitalised and invigorated!
Gym membership is required.
