The benefits of a regular yoga practice have been known to bring about physical and mental well-being.

I have been teaching yoga in the local community since 2016, taking my classes and workshops to libraries, hospitals and open spaces, often bringing together those who have had little or no experience with yoga. I have also been fortunate to work closely with staff and students at Merton and Kingston Secondary Schools bringing a regular yoga practice to the PE curriculum.

I am currently only teaching private classes, both online and in person, and building on my partnerships with local schools.
