The benefits of a regular yoga practice have been known to bring about physical and mental well-being.

I have been teaching yoga in the local community since 2016, taking my classes and workshops to libraries, hospitals and open spaces, often bringing together those who have had little or no experience with yoga. I have also been fortunate to have worked closely with staff and students at Merton and Kingston Secondary Schools introducing a regular yoga practice into the PE curriculum.

I am currently teaching weekly online classes, practicing with students who have been with me since the start of my journey as a yoga teacher. As we grow together and lean on each other through the good and the bad, we love to embrace those who are looking for fellow kindred spirits to learn and grow together without judgement and bias.
